Inside the building: what to do in the first 5 minutes

Your first impressions are your most honest. Capture them before the pitch overrides them.

Smell-test: clean? Stale? Diapers? Bleach? Bleach over old diaper is a tell.

Light-test: real windows in every classroom or fluorescent only?
